Role: CDM Consultant/ Senior CDM Consultant
Location: Oxford office (Projects across the South East)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits package

WRG are excited to partner with an independent CDM/ PD practice that is based in Oxford. Our client has developed an excellent reputation over the years and they have become an established consultancy within the property & construction space offering CDM, H&S, Principal Designer and BSA services to clients.
The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM Consultant or Senior CDM Consultant to their team of likeminded safety & compliance professionals (team sat at 12). The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the South East. They work on multimillion pound projects up to the value of £500m, this includes schemes in the residential, commercial, hotel, leisure, heritage, education, healthcare and education projects.
The role would suit an experienced CDM professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Offer a range of CDM/ PD services to clients.
- Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, along with offering input in relation to safety in design.
- Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
- Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
- Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place for each project.
- Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
- Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
- Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
