Assistant Land Buyer | SME Developer | Farnborough | Up to £30k

One of our good clients have recently set up a Southern Office in Farnborough. They are looking to grow the region and now require a Graduate/Assistant Land Buyer.

They are an SME Housebuilder but very successfully turnover £70m per year.

Looking for someone with a Geography or Planning related degree. GIS based experience would be preferable (Mapping software)

They are in the process of putting a bonus structure in place.

You will cover the whole of the south region so patch is not limited.

Salary is up to £30k.
