We have a fantastic opportunities for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyors of all levels to join a National Residential Contractor/Developer in the Norfolk region.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee projects reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate composition of trading results, and presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.

Ideally to have a proven experience of sub-contract orders, understanding the buying and estimating process. You will be able to manage the projects across the region and be comfortable with all phases. You will be able to prepare and understand financial reports and have knowledge and understanding of claims and dispute resolution.

Project range from New Build to Refurbishment within the Residential sector.
