Industrial Asset Manager, Surveyor Level, Cash Rich Property Asset & Investment Management Firm

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded Asset & Investment Manager in London, hiring a hands on Asset Manager at Surveyor level for an Industrial portfolio.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a Senior Asset Manager, responsible for managing an industrial portfolio spread across London and the South East.

The successful applicant will either be newly qualified or have circa 1 year experience post qualification, ideally coming from a commercial property management and / or lease advisory background. The salary on offer will depend on level of experience.

Please note, you will need to have access to a vehicle but will be able to claim back mileage costs at 45p a mile.
