We are partnering with a multi-awarding winning, international property company, Looking for commercial property management surveyors at Senior Surveyor and Associate levels, to work directly for one of their most cherished client accounts on a truly historic portfolio worth over £15bn in total.

You will be client facing and responsible for managing a varied portfolio of offices, retail, food and beverage, and pop up assets on a Central London estate like no other, dripping in heritage and prestige.

Your role will see you leading on sustainable portfolio management, tenant management and lease management, service charge and budget management, insurances and more, in line with the clients net zero carbon targets.

We are looking for commercial property management professionals with the necessary experience, MRICS is preferred but not essential.
