MEP Project Manager/Building Service Manager | Leading Tier 1 Contractor | London | £95k+P

One of our good clients are looking for MEP Project Manager/Building Service Manager who span the technical, procurement, and also construction sides of the job.

They are a leading Tier 1 housing Contractor with a strong pipeline over the next 5 years. This role is working on one of their flagship schemes.

Looking for someone who can procure MEP subcontractors, scrutinising their quotes etc., comfortable reviewing the installation on site, assisting the site managers with snagging the works, and getting involved with the commissioning.

The project is a regeneration programme of high rise apartments and town houses.

Salary is up to £95,000 +Car +bonus + Travel
