We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded Asset & Investment Manager in London to join a team of 8, hiring a Property and Asset Manager that wants to transition into stand-alone Asset Management.

We are looking for someone either close to or Recently Qualified and the salary on offer will depend on your experience and/or qualification status.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a Senior Asset Manager, responsible for managing an industrial led Portfolio spread across London and the South East.

This post will be based from their dynamic and collaborative workspace in Central London. You will be given both autonomy and support in an environment where you won’t feel like just a number and celebrate a true work hard, play hard ethos.

The successful applicant will be familiar with Commercial Property Management, Lease Management and have a good general understanding of Commercial Property. In return for your services, you can expect support in getting chartered if not already, bonus’ paid twice per year at the discretion of the company, and the support of a fun team that will make you want to spend more time in the office.

Please note, you will need to have access to a vehicle but will be able to claim back mileage costs.
