We are working with one of the UK’s leading developers of new homes, hiring a Senior Estates Manager to take on a varied leadership role, managing a residential development and legacy portfolio across South East London.

Our client takes great pride and passion in building award-winning, high quality homes and delivering sustainable schemes as a part of community focused regeneration projects.

Your role will see you covering asset management, L&T, commercial management, procurement, health and safety, budgets and more; managing live developments in addition to legacy sites from 50 – 700 units of shared ownership property, mixed use developments and private blocks.

You will be leading a team of 4, providing first class customer service from pre-development and advising on project delivery and mobilisation before handing over to the managing agents.

The successful candidate will be a problem solver by nature and proactive, finding ways to develop systems, team members, make improvements and drive performance, acting as a no 2 to the Head of Estates.

You will be technically astute on building defects with MIRPM / MRICS or AssocRICS accreditation and a track record of exceeding expectations across technically challenging residential or mixed use developments.

The role will be home-based with quarterly site visits and occasional travel (minimum once a week) into the East London headquarters.
