Technical Coordinator | SME Developer | Kent | £45k

Our client are an award winning small private developer with a great working culture. They specialise in brownfield and urban regeneration schemes as well as bespoke private housing projects.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an architectural based technical co-ordinator, with residential experience and good knowledge of building regs, fire etc. You will need to be capable of co-ordinating design components and being able to control planning condition trackers, material schedules etc. Someone who is confident in design team meetings and able to discuss technical issues with directors.

They are looking for someone form either a developer or someone from a practice.

The office is based in Kent and the salary is up to £45,000.
