We are partnering with a well-respected, property partnership seeking to recruit either a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the successful Property and Asset Management team.

The role

You will be responsible for management of your own portfolio of office, retail and leisure properties across London and further afield in a hands-on role. You will conduct work in portfolio management, tenant management, L&T, lease management, health and safety, service charge and budget management. You will also be responsible for identifying asset management opportunities to add value to the portfolio.

About you

We are looking for occupier solutions or commercial property and asset management professionals with the necessary experience, MRICS is preferred but not essential as well as knowledge of some Property / FM Management Software i.e.: QUBE, TRAMPS, Planet FM etc.
