We are recruiting for a National Developer in the West Midlands region, Seeking a Commercial Manager for a large RC Frame regeneration development. Our client is working in partnership with a development and investment company with a focus on retail led urban regeneration projects.

The Development will be over 2 phases, Phase 1 includes 1000 new homes, as well as 8,000 sqm of new commercial space, all set within 17,000 sqm of public open space. Phase 2 will provide further commercial space and up to 600 homes.

Looking for someone Ideally experienced in delivering large high rise new build projects, capable of managing a commercial team to deliver this and other projects in the region.
