M&E Asset Verification Surveyor / Condition Surveyor

WRG are working with a global property services business, looking for a M&E Asset Surveyor on a contract basis to cover a collection of healthcare sites across London.

Your role as an M&E Asset Surveyor will see you conducting condition surveys for asset validation purposes, along with end of cycle surveys and M&E asset tagging via a PDA device using Mobiess software.

You will ideally come from a mechanical or electrical background with experience in a similar role as an Asset Verification Surveyor. Mobiess experience preferred but not essential.
