Up to £100,000 + Package

I am working exclusively with a leading Tier 1 National Developer who are due to expansion are looking to add a Commercial Manager to the region.

You will be tasked with working overseeing and managing a team of 7, however you may from time to time have to get involved with certain sites.

They are looking for someone good knowledge on NEC + JCT Contracts as will be dealing with both private and partnerships projects including regeneration.

As a business the offer agile working so if it suits for you to work from home 2/3 days a week this is fully supported.

On offer is a salary of up to 100K + 25% bonus + package for the right individual.
