I am working on behalf of a leading residential main contractor in London who are looking to strengthen the business with the appointment of a Senior QS to be the Commercial Lead on a project.

Phase 1 – 935 units (5 years)
Current status of the project – RC frame underway

Looking for someone with a vast experience of the JCT contract – preferably some experience with a JV but not absolute requirement and ideally have a strong competency of remeasurement for Groundworks & RC Frame
