I’m working with a Managing Director for a well known Housebuilder in Norfolk, due to strategic growth he is looking for Customer Care Executive who would be keen to work on some great projects and have a desire to work their way up the ladder.

Typically projects can be anything from 50 units up to 75 units throughout the region (high spec developments).

This is a unique role within the business of which you will be looking after home buyers from purchase through to handover, managing design, product and finishing choices on behalf of the purchaser.

You will be required to deliver customer service duties to the highest of standards, be bale to communicate effectively both in writing and face to face.
