We are working with a Leading Residential Developer who are looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  You will report into the Commercial Manager and will be working on a phase 3 of 750-million-pound scheme. Phase 3 is 415 residential homes.

You must be strong with procurement and multi-site subcontract management, as well as dealing with variations.

This contract will be at least 6 months with the likelihood of it being extended to at least 12 – 18 months.

You will ideally have;

•  Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer however they are open to residential experience if that’s for a main contractor.
