The Role
Working within a collaborative and commercially focused team, you will be involved across the full land promotion lifecycle, including:

• Promoting sites through the local plan and planning application process
• Undertaking site appraisals, feasibility studies and constraints analysis
• Producing and reviewing masterplans and site layouts in line with planning policy
• Managing and coordinating planning applications alongside consultants and design teams
• Engaging with local authorities, planning officers and key stakeholders
• Monitoring changes in local and national planning policy and advising on strategy
• You will play a key role in driving planning strategy and unlocking land value across an expanding portfolio.

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
