As a Group Planner, you’ll join the central planning team and play a key role in coordinating planning activity across multiple regions. It’s a hands‑on role with huge learning potential, giving you exposure to the full development pipeline and the opportunity to work closely with experienced planners, land teams and external consultants.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the coordination of planning activity across regional teams
• Tracking planning applications, milestones and key development pipeline stages
• Assisting with planning inputs for land bids and approval submissions
• Researching planning policy, local plans and regulatory changes
• Helping analyse site‑specific planning constraints and opportunities
• Liaising with external consultants and gathering key reports and documentation
• Maintaining accurate planning records, systems and dashboards
• Contributing to planning pipeline reporting and business‑wide updates
