We’re looking for a commercially aware, proactive planner who thrives on unlocking land and navigating the planning system to bring forward quality housing at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading planning applications from site acquisition through to consent
• Managing relationships with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
• Promoting strategic land through the Local Plan process
• Preparing and coordinating planning strategies to maximise land value
• Supporting land teams with site appraisals and planning risk analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential planning (developer, consultancy, or local authority)
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and the development process
• Confident communicator with negotiation skills that get results
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and opportunity
• RTPI qualified (or working towards it)
