We are working with a leading High Spec Residential Developer locally who are seeking Sales Consultant for an award winning truly stunning estate in Midhurst GU29, long term opportunity with different phases over next 4-5years.

Key Details:
Up to £40k basic £70k OTE (£30k comms available on sales, £15k comms available on KPIs)
Single manned
Thurs to Mon working rota

This would suit a sales professional that is comfortable with a longer sales process (not first time buyers), knows the area well and can manage a 2-5 stage viewing sale routine
