Job: Sales Advisor | Rugby
This is a pivotal role managing a flagship development in Rugby. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This position requires a dedication to high-level service, as you will be responsible for representing a premium brand on-site.
Schedule: Thursday through Monday (inclusive of weekends).
Remuneration: £32,000 basic salary with a realistic £60,000 OTE.
Security: This region holds a substantial land bank, ensuring long-term project longevity and career stability within the local area.

Experience: Proven track record in New Homes sales is essential.
