We are working with a leading Residential Developer in Reading who is seeking a Lead Sales Exec for New Homes Developments in in Berkshire.
The developments have over 200 units to sell and team of 3.
As a top national developer you’ll be working on high volume residential developments (both homes and apartments) than can offer long term sales and developments in the local region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and manage the sales pipeline.
- Lead, coach, and support Sales Consultants.
- Maintain high customer experience and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance (AML, ID checks, paperwork, C360 accuracy).
- Liaise with marketing, legal, technical, and customer service.
- Maintain show home and marketing suite presentation.
- Support agent engagement and events.
Skills & Attributes:
- New homes sales experience (senior consultant level).
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Organised, detail‑driven, commercially aware.
- Confident with CRM systems (ideally C360).
- Professional, proactive, solutions‑focused.
Salary :
- Basic: £40,000
- OTE: £60,000-£70,000
