The Job
This is a rare opportunity to move away from the traditional “waiting for walk-ins” site model. Based in a high-energy Birmingham Head Office, you will lead a fast-paced sales operation specializing in off-plan and investor-led sales for major urban regeneration projects.
Schedule: A highly sought-after Monday to Friday pattern, with only occasional Saturdays required.
Earnings: £30,000 Basic with a realistic, uncapped £70,000 – £90,000+ OTE.
Responsibility: You will manage high-volume enquiries, articulating investment drivers like rental yields and capital growth to high-net-worth individuals.
Portfolio: Selling a diverse range of luxury stock completions and massive off-plan launches, including landmark £100m+ developments.

The Person
We are seeking a proactive “closer” with a hunter mindset who thrives in an office-based environment.
Experience: Ideally, you have a background in New Homes or high-end Property Brokerage.
Knowledge: You must be fluent in investment terminology, including yields, rental demand, and capital appreciation.
Communication: You possess the commercial maturity to build rapport quickly with both first-time buyers and sophisticated investors.
Drive: You enjoy the “thrill of the chase” and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.
