As the lead Sales Executive, you will manage the site autonomously, handling everything from initial off-plan inquiries to the opening of show homes and final legal completions. You will be responsible for:
Securing early off-plan reservations by building excitement around the lifestyle and vision of the development.
Maximizing revenue through the sale of premium upgrades and bespoke options, earning a lucrative commission on the net sale price.
Driving the legal progression of each sale to ensure consistent exchange and completion targets are met.

Proven New Homes Experience: A solid track record in property sales, specifically with luxury or mid-to-high-end developments.
Off-Plan Expertise: The ability to sell the “dream” and secure commitments before the bricks are in the ground.
High Energy & Stamina: The drive to manage a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of initial inquiries during the launch phase.
Negotiation Skills: A professional manner and the ability to navigate complex legal and financial processes to close deals effectively.
