Technical Coordinator | Land Promoter | Midlands | £50k+P

Our client are a leading Land Promoter in the midlands and require a technical Coordinator due to growth.

Role overview:

·        Reporting to the Project Director.

·        Working with our Project Director to support the Land and Planning teams, through the

·        Outline Planning Application and delivery process for our sites. In particular, you will assist on all technical matters including utilities, highways, drainage, flood risk and technical approvals.

·        Assist our Land teams with the sale of our consented sites, in particular organising information for sale packs, letters of reliance from consultants and arranging consultants for additional survey work, such as ground investigation reports.

On our larger, multi-phase sites;

·        Coordinate the planning process where required including reserved matters applications and discharge of condition applications.

·        Liaise with consultants on additional survey work, such as ground investigation and archaeological surveys and also engineering design for infrastructure works.

·        Maintain and manage all current drawings and documents.

·        Maintain planning condition and S106 schedules, including obtaining regular updates from developers on sold phases within sites and monitor progress and performance to ensure compliance.

·        Assist with the sale of subsequent phases with the preparation of sale packs etc.

·        Attend site visits as and when necessary

·        Any other duties as may be required to assist the team in the successful running of the business.

Ideally you will need to have:

·        HNC/Engineering or Architecture Degree

·        Experience working with a housing developer

·        3 years+ coordination experience
