New Homes Sales Executive – Brand New Development
Location: Shropshire/Cheshire Border | OTE: £55,000+ (Uncapped Commission) Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing Sales Executive looking for a site you can truly call your own?

We are representing one of the UK’s most established and respected private housebuilders. Known for their family-oriented culture and premium build quality, this developer has a massive footprint across the North West and a land bank that secures your future for years to come.

They are currently launching a brand-new development in the Whitchurch area. With Phase 1 just beginning (13 units) and a total of 80 units planned, this is the perfect time to join, establish the site’s reputation, and reap the rewards of a long-term project.

The Role
This is a single-manned site, offering you the autonomy to manage your own workspace and drive results. You will be the face of this new community, guiding buyers from their initial visit to the day they pick up their keys.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end sales process for a brand-new 80-unit development.
Maintaining a 5-star standard for the sales office, show homes, and site presentation.
Building strong relationships with solicitors, financial advisors, and site managers to ensure smooth sales progression.
Conducting home demonstrations and “choices” appointments to help buyers personalize their dream homes.
Utilizing CRM systems (COINS) to manage leads and pipeline effectively.

Who We Are Looking For?
We need a self-motivated professional who thrives on independence and takes pride in their “patch.”

Experience: Previous experience in New Homes Sales is essential.
Skillset: You must be a strong closer with excellent empathy and listening skills.
Knowledge: A solid grasp of the legal property process and the ability to explain it clearly to customers.
Reliability: As this is a single-manned site, we need someone dependable, organized, and proactive.
Essentials: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
