Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join a leading regional housing developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective purchasers, driving sales growth across the Cumbria region, and representing the brand professionally in the field. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. The successful applicant will be involved in the full sales process from lead follow-up to completion, ensuring a five-star customer experience throughout.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders while actively following up on all marketing and incoming sales leads.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective purchasers to qualify their needs and provide customer-centric sales advice.

Negotiate and manage the full sales process including reservations, the sale of optional property extras, and chasing contracts to ensure completion.

Drive to various development sites across Cumbria, including the Carlisle and West Cumbria areas, to ensure high standards of sales areas.

Manage schedules efficiently to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets in line with company forecasts.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and supporting final inspections and customer handovers.

Prepare and maintain accurate customer databases and perform market research and competitor analysis for management review.

Collaborate with purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills
Strong negotiation and sales delivery skills with the ability to qualify purchaser needs and close deals effectively.

Valid UK driving licence with the willingness to travel between various regional sites.

Proven experience in sales or customer service; with new home sales experience being preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and well-presented manner.

Good IT skills, including the ability to use industry-standard CRM software and other systems to manage sales administration.

Effective time management and self-motivation to handle a field-based role across multiple developments.

Organisational skills to handle the full sales cycle and maintain up-to-date administration and database records.

Ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Salary & Benefits

Uncapped Commission: OTE £55,000+.

Allowances: £2,000 Car Allowance + Fuel Card.
