Role: Technical Administrator / Project Coordinator

Location: 3 vacancies – one based in London, Liverpool and Remote

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + excellent benefits package

Due to ambitious growth plans for the future and our client decentralising parts of their administration function, they are seeking three skilled Technical Administrators / Project Coordinators to support each of our project teams:

These new roles are critical to supporting smooth project delivery, outstanding client service, and effective internal operations across our clients organisations.

You’ll work alongside expert H&S, CDM and Building Safety Consultants, providing essential coordination and administrative support. You’ll be involved in bid and tender preparation, document control, and the delivery of services under the CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders, PQQs, and fee proposals.
  • Maintain and update project CVs, case studies, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure submissions meet formatting, quality, and deadline requirements.
  • Assist in project setup and keep internal tracking systems up to date.
  • Manage appointment documents and client correspondence.
  • Handle document control and information management using platforms such as Viewpoint, Asite, or Procore.
  • Provide admin support for CDM and Building Safety Act compliance, including scheduling, data input, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Format reports and maintain high standards of presentation across all documentation.
  • Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015 and/or the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Experience with document control platforms (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite, Procore).
  • Strong organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
