£55,000-£75,000 + Package

I am working on behalf of a fantastic Developer Contractor who focus on Joint Venture/Partnership developments on behalf of HA’s and LA’s. Whilst successful already they are going through a sharp period of growth that is only looking to continue and is why they are continuing their commercial expansion. They offer their clients  full development package from land acquisition through to delivery and completion.

by the end of the year they expect 10 live sites and more into 2026.

They are looking to add an experienced hands on Surveyor into the business who will manage 2-4 sites of varying sizes and types of builds.

Commercial team is currently a CM, Buyer & QS

You will be office based in Kirkham with site visits, a degree of flexible working is offered also.

Salary to reflect level (£55k – £70k) + package .
