Our client, a leading tier 1 residential developer is excited to offer an opportunity to join them in their office located on the outskirts of North West Birmingham. They are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the Customer Care team.
As a Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Office Duties
- Invoicing
- Stationary supplies
- Reporting
- Responding to enquiries
- Checking reservations
- Supporting legal executive, sales executives as head of sales
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Sales Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the construction or housebuilding sector.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people.
- Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The Role and Working Conditions
- 5 Days Per Week
- Willingness to travel to development sites and the divisional office as required.
- Tamworth with a move to Birmingham in the coming months
