Development Manager | Essex | Up to £60k Plus Package

One of the nation’s most renowned developers is seeking a Development Manager for their Essex office. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to take the next step up or, for a Land Manager or Consultant to transition into the role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Land & New Business department during pre-development
• Review of development co-ordination
• Set realistic programmes
• Budget Management
• Liaison with internal teams
• Ensure relevant documentation is ready such as conveyance plans and section agreements

Candidates must have experience managing traditional schemes throughout the development cycle. Strong communication skills are a must for this role as well confidence in negotiation to ensure deadlines are met.
