I am currently working with a privately owned developer who has been established for many years building a fantastic product.

I am working with the CD who is seeking to bring on board a Commercial Manager to be part of a successful team developing bespoke, high-end properties in and around Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Commercial team is circa 12 employees that consists of estimators, buyers and surveyors of varying levels (assistant to senior) that manage 8-15 live sites at any given time.
