I’m working with an incredible, award winning new build and conversion residential developer that has a true desire and genuine passion to viably conserve, restore and newly create architectural heritage.

Working with the head of Procurement, who is seeking an Assistant Buyer to procure materials and prelim packages, negotiate with suppliers, monitor budgets, and ensure site programmes are met.

Package on offer includes:

5% bonus (subject to usual conditions).
£4k Car allowance
WFH 2 days at home (after 6 months’ probation)
Monday-Thursday 08.00-17.00 or 08.30-17.30
Friday 16.30 finish
1 hour lunch
