International Sales Consultant | Developer | London | £55,000 OTE
An Amazing opportunity to join one of the best Developers in London, working on a fantastic New Development with a leading housebuilder. As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots, ensuring all sales comply with the New Homes Quality Code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Oversee communication and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisers to ensure timely exchanges (within 42 days), accurate documentation, and audit compliance.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked..
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- MUST speak Mandarin and Cantonese
On Offer:
- 5-day working week, including weekends.
- £30,000 salary (DOE).
- £55,000 OTE.
