Part Time Sales Consultant | 5* Developer | Gloucester
A brilliant Opportunity for a Part time Sales Consultant to join a 5* Developer with Sites across Gloucester. Working 1 weekend per month as well as two days per week.
As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots, ensuring all sales comply with the New Homes Quality Code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors.
- Maintain the customer hub and show homes in line with company and brand standards.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
On Offer:
- 2-Day working week (Tues/Wed) with 1 weekend per month
- £27,000 salary P/R (DOE).
