Our client, a leading tier 1 residential developer is excited to offer an opportunity to join them in their office located on the outskirts of Newcastle.
They are looking for a Customer Service Administration Assistant to join them on a 6 month contract with the possibility of a full time contract.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication and organisational abilities. You will have the ability to manage conflicting demands whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Driving license would be beneficial but not essential.
Duties will include:-
- Assist and support the Customer Service in general business and office operations
- Maintain an accurate database
- General administration tasks
- Training will be provided on processes and the CRM system used.
Skills and Aptitude:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people.
- Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
