We Recruit Group are currently working with a leading housebuilder supporting the expansion of their Customer Care team with a Customer Care Technician to join the team, covering the Scotland region in a field-based role. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality after-sales service by addressing defects and carrying out maintenance work in occupied properties post-legal completion. They will focus on enhancing the overall Customer Service experience for customers, helping maintain their reputation as a 5-star builder and leader in the homebuilding industry.
The role involves a variety of tasks, with varying complexity, and requires an individual with a broad skill set, up-to-date knowledge of NHBC Standards, and familiarity with LABC Regulations.
They are particularly interested in candidates who are skilled in Painting and Taping, with experience in snagging or working as a maintenance operative.

They should be able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, communicate clearly, and approach challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage tasks independently, with a solutions-focused, self-motivated approach, is essential.
Education & Qualifications
A full, clean UK driving licence is required, as driving is a key part of the role. A company van will be provided. Due to the field-based nature of the position, applicants should be flexible in terms of travel and be prepared to cover a wide geographical area.
