We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator to join our client, a residential developer based in Greater Manchester. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care and coordinating effective workflows.
Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Customer Care Coordinator is to oversee and deliver a high-quality customer care service. This involves liaising with residents, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer care process. The role also requires maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring a seamless flow of information across all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address and resolve complaints and queries effectively.
- Ensure the timely availability of necessary materials and labor before work commences.
- Collaborate with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and the Construction Director to arrange meetings with residents or clients on behalf of the Customer Care Manager.
- Accurately produce and maintain all relevant customer care documentation.
- Regularly update the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Take responsibility for adhering to health, safety, and sustainability standards, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Sustainability protocols.

- Ensure your own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be impacted by your work.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Sustainability guidelines and standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
We are looking for an individual who is straightforward, approachable, and a team player. The ideal candidate will have prior customer care experience and possess strong organizational and planning skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving. They should be dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and have excellent communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
