I am working with a leading residential contractor/developer and a Commercial Director, I have known for a number of years. He is currently in the market for a Commercial Manager

As a business they are going from strength to strength and have a very healthy pipeline of both open market and JV developments.

With this in mind they are looking to add a CM to the region, someone who has relevant housebuilding or residential contractor experience. Required to manage a team of surveyors focused on new build residential developments throughout the east Anglia region

Willing to put together a strong financial package for the right person
