We are working with a highly regarded Housebuilder in Buckinghamshire, seeking a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a settled Commercial set up.

Reporting to the Managing Surveyor/Commercial Director you will act as the Surveyor for designated developments within the region, taking the principle role commercially in respect of payments and costs.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and realistic estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. Furthermore, you will monitor site performance against original plans, budgets and financial targets. You will provide cost reports and key updates for deadlines which will require you to communicate regularly with other disciplines such as Sales, Land, Construction, Technical Architects as required. As such you should be able to produce accurate reports and presentations and you must have excellent attention to detail as well as being self-motivated and proactive in your approach.

Additionally, you will be taking full ownership of the surveying responsibilities on your own developments in addition to supporting the Commercial team as required regarding financial status and profitability on designated developments.
