Role: Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer
Location: Central London – Projects throughout London
Salary: Up to £55,000 – £70,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits package

WRG are excited to partner with an independent CDM/ PD practice that have offices based across the UK. Our client has developed an excellent reputation over the years and they have become an established consultancy within the property & construction space offering CDM, H&S, Principal Designer and BSA services to clients.
The business is looking to hire an experienced and competent Senior CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer to their team of likeminded safety & compliance professionals. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the South East. They work on multimillion pound projects up to the value of £500m+, this includes schemes in the residential, commercial, super prime resi, hotel, leisure, heritage, education, healthcare and education projects.
The role would suit an experienced CDM/ PD professional from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities:
· Offer a range of CDM/ PD services to clients.
· Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, along with offering input in relation to safety in design.
· Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
· Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
· Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place for each project.
· Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Requirements:
· NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
· NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
· Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
· Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
· Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
