We are working with a great residential developer that operates throughout the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire regions, due to growth is looking for a commercially led professional that would be interested in a more hybrid Buying/Surveying role. Looking for someone who would be comfortable liaising with Technical & Design & Construction teams in terms of materials buying but also happy to manage projects as a surveyor. The company has several arms to the group but essentially works as a private developer and a development contractor on partnerships projects with other developers, HA’s and local authorities.

Willing to offer strong financials for this hire of up to £65k plus 5k ca, pension, healthcare, bonus, life insurance etc.
