I’m working with a high spec luxury developer out of  Cambridgeshire who are seeking to bring on board a Senior Quantity Surveyor to compliment the well established commercial team. The company is highly regarded and renowned for delivering some very impressive homes and stunning developments, typically phased to around 50/60 plots per phase but with around 200 units on the land owned for most developments.

Established for 30+ years, the company focuses on unique, bespoke developments in a variety of locations ranging from town and city centres to the fringes of villages and totally rural settings. The quality of the location is paramount in the decision to acquire land and once it is secured apply sensitivity in design to create homes that befit and respect their surroundings.
