We are working with a leading high spec Developer who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join an established Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be involved in the production of all land bid appraisals.

You will play a vital role in helping the region secure future land supply and will maintain and update cost information and templates that facilitate a consistent approach.  Key to the role will be the close liaison with not only the land team, but technical, construction and sales teams to ensure the bids are compiled through liaison with all disciplines.
