Commercial Manager

5* Housebuilder

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join a 5* Housebuilder within the Oxfordshire region, to compliment their established Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for leadership for the team on a day to day basis, supporting and managing performance.

Key responsibilities also include monitoring budgets and and cost control for all aspects of the business on our developments.

You will be responsible for leadership for the buying and surveying team on a day to day basis, supporting and managing performance.

You will be responsible for guidance to the team in producing accurate and realistic estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.

Furthermore, you will monitor site performance against original plans, budgets and financial targets. You will collate cost reports and key updates for deadlines which will require you to communicate regularly with other disciplines such as Sales, Land, Construction, Technical Architects as required.

As such you should be able to produce accurate reports and presentations and you must have excellent attention to detail as well as being self-motivated and proactive in your approach.
