We are working with a highly respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service, that believe in building homes safely and in a way which is considerate to the environment, providing customers with a product and experience which recognises that buying a new home is a significant lifetime purchase.

Due to regional strategic growth the Commercial Director is currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on volume traditional build homes developments in the region.

successful candidates will have experience of surveying work in housebuilding, associated procedures and practices including subcontract procurement, valuation of subcontractor payment applications, negotiation of final accounts and preparation of monthly cost reports.

To responsible for running a number of developments across the region working cohesively with the land, technical, construction and sales teams respectively.

To also assist in maintaining the regions portfolio house type cost database used for future land acquisitions.

Experience of working for a house building organisation or the wider construction sector is essential. A recognised surveying qualification either HNC or HND would be desirable.
