We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Manager to join our client, a 5 star house builder in Essex. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical team and overseeing the full technical design process from inception to completion. You will be working closely with the design team to ensure that all designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

• Lead the technical team and oversee the full technical design process
• Ensure designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Liaise with the design team and ensure all designs meet planning requirements
• Manage the coordination of all technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
