Site Manager | Fit Out Contractor | Up to £65k | Hillingdon

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager for a leading Fit Out Contractor based in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the construction site
• Managing a team of contractors and subcontractors
• Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers
• Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget
• Ensuring that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, with experience in Fit Out Contracting. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.
