Development Manager | SME Developer | Herts/hybrid | Up to £65k

Our client are a highly successful up and coming developer in Hertfordshire. In 2018, they entered into a Partnership with a large Investment company to deliver homes across the county. They have completed homes in Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage and Letchworth, and are on-site in London Colney.

They are currently seeking a Development Manager to join their small friendly team, developing sites with Herts County council for 10-30 residential units. They are keen to speak to candidates with from a private developer/housebuilder. Social housing understanding is helpful. You will need to have strong technical and eye for detail and able to procure and manage project teams.

The role is based 3 days in central Hertford, 2 days hybrid. You will help bring forward sites through planning and contribute to business growth. Salary is up to £65k.
