We’re working with a leading housebuilder looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent stunning new developments and guide buyers through the biggest purchase of their lives — their dream home.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of the development, welcoming prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service

Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

Build rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs and offering the right solutions

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM systems

Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
