New Homes Sales Consultant

Salary: £35,000 DOE – £60k OTE

We’re working with a leading housebuilder looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent stunning new developments and guide buyers through the biggest purchase of their lives — their dream home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the development, welcoming prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service

  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

  • Build rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs and offering the right solutions

  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM systems

  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in residential or new homes sales

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented

  • Weekend availability (with time off during the week)
